The studio control room overlooks the main studio. Built with sound isolation in mind, it houses two sound-proof windows to give you a look into the studio space. It’s perfect for a video village or live event control room.

Our makeup and talent room provides a private space with plenty of dedicated circuits for steamers and curling irons, a full length mirror and clothing rack. Relax on the couch or work at the desk with a computer and internet access.

When it comes to multi-functional spaces, the Flex room does it all. Use it as a green room, lunch room, workspace, client lounge, video conference-capable meeting room, video village or production office. With connected access to the studio kitchen and main studio it has the ability to transform into exactly the right room for your shoot.

Our flexible office space is designed to fit your needs. So whether shooting on-site at our studios or on-location, production staff have the ability to work out of our facilities, as an office away from home.  Equipped with a large whiteboard, colour printer, scanner and wifi.

With 230 square feet of dedicated kitchen space, we can handle your hungry production army. It’s a full, working kitchen with electric oven & easy-clean range top, private refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and counter space with plenty of outlets. Use it for craft services, lunch prep, or as a food styling staging area.

We have 8 designated parking spaces and overflow capacity can be arranged.

Private access to the building assures safety and ease of use of our facility for your crew, production vehicles, and talent. Truck high entry allows you to unload right into the warehouse and up to the back door of the main studio. The space is easily adaptable making set-building on-site a breeze.
